These Terms govern your use of Empire Pages, operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Empire Pages deploys static sites you upload or connect from an EmpireGit repository to Cloudflare's global edge, on Free and Pro plans described on our Pricing page.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the content you deploy through it.
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing.
You may not deploy unlawful content or content that violates the rights of others.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Each hosted site is subject to its plan's bandwidth allowance and request limits. We may rate-limit or suspend an individual site for excessive traffic, malware, phishing, unlawful content, or activity that harms other customers. Applicable overage charges are shown on the pricing page. Report abuse.
